Job Description:

With Staff Management - SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. Essential Functions: Take responsibility for the collection of assigned accounts and promptly resolve disputed accounts. Enforce company credit policies. Obtain credit information on new and existing customers. -Determine the credit limits of assigned customers. Recommend which delinquent accounts might be given to a collection agency. Issue receivable status reports. Inform supervisor of significant issues on a weekly basis prior to issuance of aging report. Perks & Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options. Bonus: $300 Sign on bonus. Shifts: 1st Shift. Employment Types: Full Time, Temporary or Contract. Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour Position Requirements: Education & Experience: Minimum high school diploma with additional college coursework desired. Two or more years experience in accounting or general office, preferably in credit and collections. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify key problem elements and take or recommend appropriate corrective actions. Ability to work in multi-functional team including off site sales force. Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED. Work Location: Hopkins / Emporia, KS, Emporia, KS 66801.
