Job Title: Financial AnalystReports to: VP of FinanceJob Summary: We are looking for someone who is results oriented, has excellent attention to detail, a natural sense of curiosity and balances independent thinking with collaborative feedback. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an exceptional eye for data and reporting accuracy combined with a growing interest and skillset in the fundamentals of FP&ADuties and Responsibilities:Performs all aspects of the planning and forecasting process, including preparation of budgeted and forecasted financial statements, forecasting line items, and maintaining forecasting systemsSupports board meeting preparations by providing analysis of actual results compared to budget, forecast and prior year resultsCreates and maintains financial and operational models to support and forecast numerous aspects of the business, i.e. forecasting sales scenarios, operational payroll and profitability of potential marketing offersProvides analytical support for special projects and strategic business decisionsMaintains cash flow projection modelComplete ad hoc analyses as requested by senior management to support management decision-makingGenerates periodic reports in partnership from multiple departments that analyze actual and forecasted trendsHelps maintain and enhance the financial forecasting systemResponsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer informationOther duties assignedRequirements and Qualifications:4+ years of FP&A experience with a bachelor's degree in Finance/AccountingDemonstrated Analytical and financial modeling experienceAdvanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions) required with intermediate MS Access query skillsExperience using BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, BPC, Tableau, Hyperion or CognosAbility to understand business models and form links to financial implicationsHigh attention to detail with exceptional eye for data and reporting accuracyNothing in this position description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this position at any time.
