Position: Financial Wellness Coach

Reporting to: Director of Employee Experience



Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Financial Wellness Coach to join our team and help our employees pave their way to financial health and security. As a unique perk, the Financial Wellness Coach will provide personalized, one-on-one support on key topics such as budgeting, savings, debt management, and overall asset-building strategies.

What you'll do:

• 
  
• Provide one-on-one support to employees, understanding their unique financial goals/challenges
  
• Regularly meet with employees to better understand their financial goals
  
• Provide customized coaching; assisting with goal setting, budgeting, credit building, debt management, saves, utilization of financial services and asset development
  
• Develop and deliver educational classes on Financial Wellness topics
  
• Collaborate with community partners to provide resources to employees
  
• Track program engagement
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and financial tools to provide relevant and up-to-date advice

  • 
    
  • Passion for making a positive impact on individuals lives through financial coaching
    
  • Strong understanding of personal financial topics including budgeting, saving, debt management strategies, and best practices
    
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated
    
  • Confident, professional, and articulate in written and verbal communication; ability to build a rapport with all personality types
    
    
    Bonus Points:

    • Previous experience as a Financial Planner or Financial Advisor
      
    • Industry designation or willingness to obtain (CFP, AFC, ChFC)
      
    • Life and Health Licensed
      
    • Series licensed or willing to obtain
      
    • Familiarity with 401(k) plans
