Position Title: CAREER Navigator/Financial Aid Responsible to: Director of Career Services This position description assists in providing outreach/recruitment services for potential FEC clientele. Primary Objective: Determine eligibility for financial assistance for various grant programs. Job Duties. Conduct overviews with customers to obtain information related to FEC programs and Financial Aid Provide search assistance and conduct client interviews Provide outreach/recruitment service for potential FEC clientele. Determine eligibility for financial assistance for various grant programs administered by FEC. Assist with the placement and follow-up activities for all programs Provide follow up of FEC clientele. Demonstrate the ability to maintain records and confidential data Other duties assigned. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED with basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills that are normally acquired through high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
