Job Description Demonstrated excellence in designing UX-focused writing and style guidelines, with a portfolio of case studies to show for it Experience in connecting with users through storytelling At least three (3) years of experience in writing for hardware, software, digital agencies, or other relevant product areas A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field What You Will Do Tell the story Shape user experiences by designing useful, meaningful copy that helps Users complete tasks with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility Articulate complex product specs in simple user-friendly language across the customer journey (including product pages, emails, CTAs, and push notifications and more) Collaborate with UX team members to support and participant in UX research Craft and maintain the voice of our Company Use empathy and research findings to inform design choices and recommendations around words, terms, and phrases, and in some cases data and imagery Enhance and maintain a content style guide Oversee the implementation of a consistent voice and cohesive language across products and platforms Work flexibly and as a team Handle multiple tasks simultaneously at varying scopes - from broadly defined and loose concepts to narrowly defined and tactical deliverables Balance business requirements with brand voice and tone as well as legal and compliance constraints Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of our products and industry Collaborate in an Agile environment as a member of the UX Design team, and work with researchers, product managers, lawyers, marketing, engineers, and customer operations Accurate job description details are only on QConsulting.com/Jobs
