Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly consolidation and reporting to the parent
company
Manage quarterly external financial reporting and SEC document
filing
Supervise accounting for stock-based compensation for employees
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or
Finance
6 to 8 years of public company accounting experience
Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC Reporting
requirements
Experience in a public tech company is preferred
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
