Description Experience bridging the gap between the development side of the business and the construction side Work with civil engineers and design team through evolution Create GMP for projects Experience in a director level role, overseeing a team of 5 team members Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing industrial and manufacturing projects, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm. Strong understanding of multifamily processes and project management methodologies. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for motivating teams and driving results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
