Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Data
Centers) We’re working with a top-tier commercial general
contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a
strong background in data center construction. This role is ideal
for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, excels in managing
complex, fast-paced projects, and is comfortable traveling

Opportunity to lead cutting-edge data center projects across the
U.S. What You'll Do: Serve as the on-site lead for all day-to-day
operations on large-scale data center builds Coordinate all field
activities, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure safety,
schedule, and quality standards are met Work closely with the
Project Manager and field teams to manage timelines, inspections,
and change orders Ensure full compliance with project specs,
building codes, and safety regulations Communicate effectively with
owners, inspectors, trades, and internal teams to resolve issues
quickly and keep the job moving What We're Looking For: 5 years as
a Superintendent in commercial construction, with at least 2 years
on data center projects Deep understanding of MEP coordination,
critical infrastructure, and tight scheduling Proven ability to
manage subcontractors and lead teams in high-pressure environments
Willingness to travel extensively (project durations typically 6–12
months) OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety and
