Client Details $700M top General Contractor Built-in career progression Project portfolio is a diverse range of ground up builds, including multi-family, healthcare, and education Rapidly growing in the KC market with backing of a world renowned General Contractor Culture is very relaxed and has a true family feel Description Manage all day-to-day field activities. Review blueprints, customer needs and contractor submissions in order to execute appropriate bids. Lead the team with appropriate construction project planning and developing site logistics. Maintain strong relationships with municipalities for potential future business. Schedule on-site inspections as needed along with the jobs site. Review all bids for work, as well as supervising the inspection of work. Ensure all proper signage is posted on the construction job site, and all safety requirements. Work closely with job investors and maintain professional attitude. Coordinate and supervise all construction activities. Keep daily and weekly construction work logs. Ensure good time management and to have timely completion of projects. Monitor job subcontractors to ensure safety guidelines are met. Profile Degree in Construction Management/Science (or related field). OSHA certified. 5 years of experience as a Superintendent Experience working on ground up multi-family, healthcare, or education projects Experience running $20M projects Experience leading and scheduling integrated teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills. True leadership experience. Proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Procore.
