Compensation: $23.82 / hour with overtime pay. Hours/Schedule:
11:00 p.m. – 11:00 a.m. | Rotating 2–3 days | Every other weekend

as a Donor Services Coordinator, where every conversation and
medical chart review contributes to restoring sight and changing
lives. What You'll Do: Speak with donor families experiencing grief
and guiding them through the donation process. Review donor's
medical records, complete questionnaires, and communicate with
medical staff to determine donor eligibility. Coordinate with
funeral homes, medical examiner offices, and hospitals to dispatch
Recovery Technicians to donor locations. Work independently and as
a team to make critical decisions and solve problems relating to

challenging conversations with those who have lost a loved one -
every call and shift is different. A dynamic work environment where
you'll learn continuously while using critical thinking and sound
judgement skills. The donation industry requires 24/7 coverage,
even on holidays and weekends. The Ideal Candidate: Excellent
verbal communication and active listening skills; empathetic by
nature. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft software,
database management, and/or phone systems. Ability to multitask,
adapt, and manage shifting priorities. Customer service, social
work, insurance claims or healthcare industry experience is a plus!
