individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Participate in educational
activities, training sessions, and workshops to improve skills and
deliver state-of-the-art care. Collaborate with healthcare team
members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as
appropriate using computerized documentation systems. Follow all
hospital safety standards and infection control protocols. Engage
in self-assessment and participate in feedback processes to improve
practice and outcomes. Ability to manage patient care with specific
knowledge and experience in bedside care, symptom management,
crisis intervention and family intervention. Advanced communication
skills to effectively deal with varying situations that may involve
emotional or sensitive contexts. Practical experience with clinical
procedures and protocols used in the comprehensive care of
patients. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Medical

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart
Association or Red Cross. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) certification encouraged.
