surgery. Participate in extensive OR surgery training covering
pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative care for various
surgical procedures. Work alongside experienced nursing staff to
provide direct patient care while enhancing clinical skills and
operational knowledge. Engage in continuous educational workshops
and seminars to understand the latest surgical techniques and
safety protocols. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a
sterile environment and the optimal outcome for all patients.
Utilize intuitive clinical judgment and decision-making skills to
assist in surgical procedures and patient management. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to manage stress
and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency
in utilizing clinical software and surgical tools. Ability to work
effectively in a team and adapt to diverse environments. Medical
