minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a full-time Special Education
Teacher specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) support for
elementary students. The position is based in Kansas City, MO, and
runs on a contract basis from approximately August 19, 2026, to May
29, 2027. The role involves working in an ASD support classroom
with paraprofessional assistance, focusing on the development and
implementation of effective, research-based programming. Key
Responsibilities: Design and deliver individualized instruction to
elementary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Utilize
evidence-based strategies to enhance academic, communication,
motor, and social skills. Collaborate with paraprofessionals and
other staff to support student learning and development. Monitor
and assess student progress, adapting interventions as needed.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment tailored to
the needs of students with ASD. Qualifications: Experience as a
Special Education Teacher, preferably with a focus on Autism
Spectrum Disorder. Knowledge of research-based instructional
strategies for students with ASD. Ability to work effectively
within a team including paraprofessionals. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Location: Elementary school setting in
