Flexible scheduling with a 3, 4, 5, or 6-day workweek Continuous Training Performance Bonuses Responsibilities: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership and manufacturer procedures. Test drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools and equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of any additional service that is recommended. Provide estimates of the time needed for additional repairs. Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Requirements: Fast, eager learner and team player. Computer skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Experience with Oil Changes, Tune-ups, Tire Changes, and Alignments, etc. Familiar with Engine Diagnostics, Brake Systems, and Suspension Systems. Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
