clients’ goals. The Engineering Services Manager oversees the
planning, coordination, and execution of all engineering and
technical support functions for mechanical construction projects.
This role ensures design integrity, constructability, and delegated
design completion across all project phases. The Engineering
Services Manager leads a team of engineers, designers, and
technical specialists to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
that support project delivery, safety, and client satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Accountabilities: Leadership & Management Lead
and develop the engineering services team, including mechanical
engineers, and designers. Establish departmental goals, performance
standards, and development plans aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with project management, estimating, DfMA and
field operations to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee
staffing, workload distribution, and resource planning for
engineering support across multiple projects. Engineering Oversight
& Technical Excellence Direct the preparation, review, and
coordination of engineering drawings, design calculations, and
submittals. Ensure compliance with project specifications, building
codes, and industry standards. Review and validate engineered
systems for performance, cost-effectiveness, and constructability.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to project
teams during design and construction phases. Drive innovation
through technology adoption, process improvements, and engineering
best practices. Preconstruction & Design-Build Support Support
estimating and preconstruction teams with technical input,
conceptual designs, and system selections. Participate in
design-build and design-assist projects, collaborating with
clients, consultants, and trade partners. Lead value engineering
initiatives and life-cycle cost analyses to optimize project
outcomes. Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain a strong focus on
safety, ensuring engineering solutions promote safe installation
and operation. Implement and maintain quality control procedures
for all engineering deliverables. Ensure all designs meet
applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements.
Collaboration & Communication Partner with Virtual Design &
Construction (VDC), DfMA, and Field teams to improve coordination
and installation efficiency. Facilitate technical training,
mentorship, and knowledge sharing across departments. Represent the
company in client and consultant meetings to communicate technical
capabilities and ensure project alignment. Management
Responsibility: Supervisor – responsible for hiring, performance
management and pay administration for subordinates. Education &
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Architectural Engineering, or related field. Professional Engineer
(PE) license. 8 years of experience in mechanical construction
engineering. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and piping
systems for commercial and industrial applications. Proven ability
to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced
environment. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related
design or analysis software. Exceptional communication, leadership,
and problem-solving skills. Knowledge, skills, and abilities :

Business Acumen Physical and/or travel demands: Ability to travel
to project sites and offices as needed. Extended periods of sitting
and computer use required. Occasional lifting of materials or
equipment up to 25 lbs. Benefits and Compensation: The range for
this position has been established at $118,160.00 - $166,900.00 per
year and is US Engineering’s good faith and reasonable estimate at
the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist
selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors,
including but not limited to, internal equity, experience,
education, specialty, and training. Your total compensation will go
beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as
well as paid time off. An industry-leading benefits package
