Responsible for providing leadership, direction and strategic counsel, while utilizing strong program management and Agile methodologies to plan, lead, and motivate teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering the company's strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:
Manage large group discussion and build consensus among competing interest groups.
Identify appropriate stakeholders for project collaboration and coordination.
.
Evaluate, synthesize, develop and communicate a coherent plan of action across multiple projects and initiatives.
Work with other areas of the business and gain knowledge of business functions and process.
.
Build excitement and win support for the plan of action Create tools to support your communication plan.
Including but not limited to roadmaps, Gantt charts, risk trackers, program readouts.

Accountable for triage, escalation and resolution of key risks To be considered for this position, you must have:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience with enterprise wide projects and 2 years of experience in healthcare data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential as well as demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functional areas Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:
Experience in healthcare insurance Experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, Jira, Sharepoint, or other project management tools
