detail oriented, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join as
a Commercial Account Manager. This position is responsible for
assisting clients in identifying their needs, determining the
insurance options that provide the best value for their business
and growing and maintaining the relationship over time.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Informs and educates clients about policy coverage, changes,
exclusions and insurance needs
Prepares, completes and submits applications to carriers
Develop summaries, proposals and provide technical support in
coordination with Producer(s)
Responsible for follow-up with carriers and clients
Reviews policies and all documentation for accuracy and quality
Assists clients with coverage changes, certificate request, binders
Uses each contact as an opportunity to review needs and cross-sell
Knowledge & Skills Required
Strong customer service focus with a highly professional attitude
and approach to business
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of agency management
software and Microsoft Office
Must possess strong verbal and written communication and
Must have the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in
a fast-paced team environment
Minimum Education & Experience Required
Minimum of 3+ years experience as an insurance representative or
client support representative.
Insurance P&C License required
High School diploma required
College degree highly desirable
Experience in a sales or service organization preferred
