  • A REALLY COOL OFFICE (Click for Photos)Position Description & Responsibilities:The Client Management team is vital to our organization's mission and growth. This role will provide assistance with a multitude of projects that will enhance the Client Management team's success, such as:
    • Build and maintain excellent client relationships, resolve client queries, and assist with research and cross-selling additional products or services that could benefit clients
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients post-implementation, communicating upcoming changes, enhancements, and maintenance events
    • Support the monitoring of company performance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating areas at risk
    • Assist with obtaining feedback from clients and provide input to internal product/service development teams regarding clients' desired solutions
    • Understand client contracts, analyzing requests and issues against the current scope of work documentation
    • Develop an understanding of client operations and how they use services and solutions offered by the company
    • Collect and maintain data on clients including, but not limited to the portfolio of services and solutions provided by the company, use of competitor products, and strategic initiatives
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on clients and solutions after deployment, assisting technical support, project management, product management, and sales as needed
    • With regular guidance, you will manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
    • Perform any other necessary duties required to support the success of our products and servicesRequired Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of professional experience in a sales, client relations, customer support, account management or similar function
      • Maturity and credibility
      • Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills
      • Excellent written and oral communication skillsDesired Experience & Skills
        • Bachelor's degree in a Business or Management related specialty
        • Ability and drive to get things done
        • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality projects on-time
        • Flexible and able to pivot
        • Ability to focus on outcomes and are comfortable achieving them in a state of ambiguity
        • Contribute effectively outside your specialty and work well in a teamAdditional Details:
          • This is an on-site, full-time, salaried position. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

          • It is not expected that applicants have any familiarity with Fusion's proprietary applications, Healthcare software, or Corrections/Public Health business processes. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate related experience and transferable skills that will work well with the Fusion team.
