This is a permanent position with an industry leading consumer product organization. This position is hybrid remote/on-site in Topeka KS.ResponsibilitiesLead team to share insights, develop net new data assets, and model data that will enable data-driven decisions.Present actionable, data driven recommendations to c-level team.Utilize knowledge of (CMI) insight tools and methodologies to identify, develop and execute offerings.Innovation within the realm of CMI methodologies and trends.Collaborate design, oversee planning and execute strategic research to uncover knowledge - leading to actionable results.Effectively communicate with cross functional teams throughout the organization on different levels of technical understanding.Manage budgets, strategic initiatives, and project planning.Other duties....QualificationsProven leadership, with 5+ years of experience working in Insights.Formal Education or equivalent work experienceConsumer products CMI expAbout CODEWORKS: Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI with an office in Madison, WI-Codeworks has over 25 years of experience serving Fortune 1000 companies in Wisconsin as well as our client's national locations.
