In any given workday, you will be given responsibility to innovate and create an impact to our business.As the Fab Construction People Operations Program Manager in the global Fab Construction Group, you will provide strategic program management for world class programs and employee experiences throughout the Talent Life Cycle including Strategic Workforce Planning, Learning and Development and other employee related programs. You will be instrumental in delivering innovative programs and experiences, thoughtfully designed to enable our employees to grow to their highest potential while creating a culture where employees can do their best work thereby enabling Construction to build for the future in our primary locations in US, Europe, and Asia. Candidates must excel in ambiguous environments where flexibility, critical strategic thinking, customer obsession and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.As a People Operations Program Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and execute a systematic and disciplined workforce planning and prioritization process that will lead to effective and efficient utilization of team members aligned with sustaining resourcing and program needs for a global organization.
  • Lead the utilization of the Strategic Workforce Planning system ensuring data in place to drive decision making regarding resources.
  • Analyze and synthesize data in order to identify themes and develop compelling recommendations and enable staff level decision making
  • Lead and influence with industry best practices and proven methodologies for experiences.
  • Lead and execute the Fab Construction Organization's Learning and Development Roadmap.
  • Lead the design, development, pilot, delivery, and evaluation of innovative talent management strategies and processes and learning and capability development solutions that support FCE professionals' performance and growth.
  • Define and execute FCE People and Learning and Development strategies in collaboration with stakeholders and leaders.
  • Lead project teams, which may include Subject Matter Resources, stakeholders, instructional designers, and technical teams, to ensure the effective development and delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
  • Conduct assessment to determine and establish appropriate program needs and learning interventions.
  • Align project teams and stakeholders to implement highly effective and innovative People Programs, experiences, and Learning and Development solutions.
  • Work to make our Construction Learning and Development programs more efficient and effective.
  • Coach and mentor team members, playing an active role in developing their functional and subject-matter expertise.
  • If business needs dictates, some domestic and international travel might be required.The successful candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

    • Advocate for innovation, change management and customer excellenceQualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications:The candidate must have at least one of the following:
      • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in talent management strategy and program management, learning development strategy and program management, business strategy and program management or equivalent experience with strategic workforce planning experience.
      • Master's degree with 4+ years of experience in talent management strategy and program management, learning development strategy and program management, business strategy and program management or equivalent experience with strategic workforce planning experience.Preferred Qualifications:
