Job Description:

We are currently seeking to hire a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing company partnerships with clients, overseeing and growing sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily sales operations
Track daily, weekly, monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Establish sales goals and metrics
Train and evaluate employees
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
  *Commission based off of profit of the location
  
  Health & Dental Benefits Eligible after 60 days of employment. 401K Benefits after one-year of employment.
