This highly visible and strategic role will collaborate with internal partners across Operations, Agile technology, and our custom application development teams to drive initiatives from ideation to implementation. Success will be measured by flawlessly coordinated, on-time and defect free deployments, which generate increased efficiency and effectiveness for Payments Collections.RESPONSIBILITIESParticipates in the identification, design, development, testing and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
