Overview:

As a Case Manager, you'll play a critical role throughout the duration of a life insurance application prior to a policy getting issued. Lots of moving pieces go into the approval of a policy, and our Case Managers are seeing that process through. From managing and analyzing medical files, gathering necessary information of deal negotiations, and being a liaison between underwriters and the Advisor, Case Managers have a lot to organize in a timely manner.



What you'll do:

• 
  
• Manage, facilitate, and delegate life insurance application workflow
  
• Interpret medical files and explain during the negotiation process
  
• Thorough communication between the insurance carriers, Advisors Excel, and our advisors office to push the policy through
  
  
  Experience you'll bring:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Experience in the insurance services industry
    
  • Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
    
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to build rapport over the phone with a variety of personality types
    
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
    
  • PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
