Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting in a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate preparation of SEC filing documents and financial statements
Consolidate financial information and supervise reporting processes
Support audits, maintain internal controls, and provide technical accounting support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of financial experience, including SEC reporting
CPA or CPA track preferred
Experience with US GAAP, SOX, and Oracle
Knowledge of cash flow, financial analysis, and system automation projects
