Job SummarySodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead our clinical nutrition program at Stormont Vail Hospital, a 586-bed acute care hospital in Topeka, KS. As a Hybrid Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will oversee clinical operations at the main hospital campus and our Flint Hills Campus in Junction City. This role offers a partially virtual work arrangement, with the option to work remotely two days per week.Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of the clinical nutrition program
• Train, mentor, and supervise a team of seven inpatient dietitians across two locations
• Support ongoing Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
• Provide training and education to department staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team and assist in food service management as neededRequirements
  • Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and a strong clinical knowledge base
  • Proven supervisory or management experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Experience with regulatory accreditation and establishing and maintaining standards of care
