Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director, Project Program Management to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the delivery of AI projects, working closely with matrixed business SMEs and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development (personas, agents, automations), data management, and business testing AI solutions, with the ability to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Additionally, this role will be key in helping business partners identify the art of the possible when it comes to AI.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements and develop AI solutions (personas, agents, automations) that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Meet project plan deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee business testing to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of AI solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with the DDAT team to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Collaborate with matrixed business SMEs and technical teams to ensure successful AI project delivery.
  • Mentor and share AI development knowledge and best practices with team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate AI solutions in production, embracing continuous improvement.

    Identify the Art of the Possible

  • Work with business partners to explore and identify innovative AI opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on leveraging AI to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to inform business partners of new possibilities.
  • Keep up with new AI development tools and technologies to deliver optimal solutions.

    Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in AI and automation solution delivery.
  • Understanding of AI persona development and implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in executing and delivering technical solutions (planning, delivering, supporting).
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Growth mindset skills, including agility and self-development.

    Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating Microsoft Copilot agents and flows utilizing Power Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Admin Studio).
  • Experience with Python, APIs, and JSON is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • Familiarity with DDAT frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Education
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    Pay Range
    The typical pay range for this role is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. The actual salary depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. This role is eligible for bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
