Christi Village is one of the area's most complete long-term care
facility offering Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Memory Care.
The 250-bed skilled nursing facility offers a full range of
services in a caring, residential setting designed to meet the
physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each
resident.

we can all give better care. What You Will Do: Provide direct
nursing care to patients in the long term care setting in
accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of
the healthcare organization. -
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as
appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and
emergency situations and initiates corrective action as
appropriate.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team. - What You Will Need: Licensure /
Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or
job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer
date required.Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
