Job Description:
The University of Kansas Physicians - Hematology/Oncology
Physicians at St. Francis Campus in Topeka, Kansas DUTIES: Provide
medical care for hematology/oncology patients. Primarily, the
duties are to diagnose, treat, and manage patients in the clinic,
hospital, and in consults. Participate in on-call coverage. Train
medical residents and fellows in the evaluation and management of
patients with a diagnosis of cancer and/or hematologic disorders in
patient care settings and in formal and informal group education
formats. Provide service to the department. Engage in
hematology/oncology research. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MD or foreign
degree equivalent to a MD. Completion of a fellowship in
Hematology/Oncology. Hold or eligible for a license to practice
