Job Description:
Midland Care is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our
Topeka Home Health team and provide therapeutic interventions to
our elderly participants. This position is an essential part of our
Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT) and will provide valuable input into
participants' total plan of care.
Pay: Starting at $83,000+ based on qualifications and like
experience. Sign-On Bonus $3,000
Employment Status: Full-time Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm

Qualifications
Required: Graduate of an accredited entry-level program in physical
therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, The
Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the
American Medical Association, the council on Medical Education of
the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy
Association, or other equivalent organizations approved by the
Secretary, Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Current
unrestricted Kansas State license to practice as a physical
therapist. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver's License, in force
automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record
(MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by
Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required
for this position. One year of professional experience required,
minimum one year experience working with the frail and elderly
population, home care or geriatric experience.
