    Responsibilities

    • Performs delivery of prescribed care to assigned patients consistent with standards of practice defined by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the occupational therapy practice in the State of Kansas. -
    • Provides direction to clinical support staff. - Promotes occupational therapy services and professional development throughout the organization and community. -
    • Works under the administrative direction of the Rehab Services Supervisor in assigned clinical area.
      Qualifications

      • Graduation from an accredited OTA Program
      • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a occupational therapist assistant. -
      • Must obtain CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire date.
      • Broad knowledge of growth & development principles. - Analytical skills to gather/interpret data relevant to patient care. - Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely manner.
