Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician Reviewer - Critical Care
(remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide final determinations regarding medical necessity and
quality of care issues
Make fair and unbiased decisions based on current evidence-based
practice and standards of care
Protect the integrity of the medical specialty
Required Qualifications:
Must have an unrestricted medical license in any state
Must be board-certified by a medical specialty board recognized by
national associations
Must be engaged in active clinical practice in the specialty for a
minimum of 24 hours per week
Must have at least 5 years of clinical experience
In some cases, hospital medical staff privileges may be
required
