We offer residents a vibrant place to live-and employees a rewarding place to work.We're currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time evening shift in our brand-new Memory Care Unit.In this role, you'll provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of CMTs and CNAs. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and nursing care per resident care plans
• Supervising staff and coordinating shift activities
• Supporting new admissions and discharges
• Communicating with families and physicians
• Monitoring resident health and reporting changes
