The role involves working with an adult psychiatric patient population. Responsible for providing care to patients with mood disorders, psychosis, suicidal ideation, and depression. Patient ratios are maintained at 12:1 for optimal care. The position requires a reliable, flexible, empathetic, and sympathetic approach. Weekend shifts are required, with 2-4 shifts scheduled every 4 weeks.
