Job Description:
Telemetry RN Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and
clinically skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join a
reputable facility in Kansas. The ideal candidate will have strong
cardiac monitoring skills and be confident in managing patients
with a variety of acute medical conditions. This role offers an
opportunity to provide focused, high-acuity care in a collaborative
setting. Key Responsibilities: -Monitor and interpret telemetry/EKG
rhythms, identifying and reporting abnormalities promptly -Deliver
safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac and
medical conditions -Record and track vital signs, oxygen levels,
and patient responses to treatments -Collaborate with physicians
and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans -Administer
medications, manage IVs, and document all interventions in the
medical record -Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care
plans, and discharge instructions -Adhere to infection control
