Registered Nurse (RN) | Pediatric CVICU Location: Kansas City, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,621 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVPICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Pediatric CICU required. Critical care experience is essential. License: Must hold a valid state nursing license. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required. Must-Have: Experience in CICU/CVPICU must be clearly documented in work history. Description: This position is for critical care nurses in the CVPICU. Candidates must have Pediatric CICU experience of at least one year. Nurses may also be required to float to assist in the cardiac medical-surgical floor. This is a smoke-free facility. RNs must possess both relevant state licenses. Pass/fail testing for medication and dosage is conducted during the first week, with three attempts allowed to pass. Only AHA BLS and ACLS certifications will be accepted. Documentation is required for any pending licenses. This facility is recognized as one of the best children’s hospitals in America. Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support is expected. Patient care will involve a diverse range of conditions and special procedures in a Magnet-designated environment.
