Supervises the surgery department in the director's absence.
Communicates effectively with all OR team members and hospital
personnel to ensure efficiency and safety. Provides safe care in
the Operating Room through continuous patient assessment and
accurate documentation. Utilizes management skills and positive
leadership to promote efficient use of staff, OR facility, and
provide quality patient care. Schedules cases and personnel to meet
patient and surgeon needs cost-effectively. The expertise and
experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life
Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement,
Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range:
