Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites new graduate Registered Nurses to apply
for our Nurse Residency RN program across all clinical units. This
structured program is designed to equip you with the essential
skills and knowledge to excel in providing outstanding patient
care. You'll be supported by a community of seasoned healthcare
professionals and gain exposure to a wide spectrum of clinical
practices, enhancing your growth and development in the healthcare
sector. Participate actively in learning experiences during the
nurse residency. Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care
in accordance with nursing best practices. Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare
team. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Administer
medications and monitor responses. Support patient and family
education regarding health conditions and care plans. Strong
clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare protocols. Ability to
work effectively in a team and independently. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Capacity to manage time
effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health
records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or eligible for
licensure in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required upon hire or within a specified
timeframe.
