Job Description:
The Regional Director of Therapy Operations serves as a member
of the regional team and provides direction and support to hospital
clinical and administrative leaders. In addition, the position
supports an environment and culture to enable hospitals and region
to fulfill its mission, works within regional team to establish
clinical and operational goals, conveys the company mission and
priorities to clinical leaders and administrative leadership,
supports hospital DTOs to accomplish objectives, serves as a member
of the therapy leadership board, and communicates and monitors
therapy leadership initiatives. Travel required. LI-KD1
