Mosaic Life Care, a physician-led, multi-specialty health-care
system, is currently in search of a board certified/board eligible
Vascular Surgeon. Candidates open to both inpatient and outpatient
services and proficient with minimally invasive vascular
techniques, open vascular surgery, dialysis access, and vascular
lab interpretation are encouraged to pursue this opportunity. Join
our team of two Vascular Surgeons and two APPs who work together
with cardiologists, radiologists, neurosurgeons, and many other
specialist to provide complete care. Physician-led, patient
centered team-based environment, offering a value-based practice

benefits. Practice Details: - Organized, friendly, and energetic
atmosphere - Large primary care providing strong referral base -
50% Inpatient / 50% Outpatient - 1:3 call rotation – every 3rd day
and every 3rd weekend - Approximately 300 – 400 cases per year -
