Description Specialization: Neurosurgery Job Summary: Research Medical Center is assisting with the search for a neurosurgeon to join a well-established and respected private practice in Kansas City, Missouri. Qualified Candidates: - 2027 start is preferred - Prefer candidates with minimum of 2-5 years of experience - Must be comfortable with both spine and cranial, estimated 80/20 split - Call is shared equitably among neurosurgery partners with APPs taking daytime first call - Robust advanced practice provider support with dedicated outpatient and inpatient APPs rounding and assisting in surgery - Flexibility to pursue additional subspecialty areas of interest within the context of a general neurosurgery practice - Willing to perform complex cases with an anticipated first-year volume of 100-200 cases Incentives/Benefits Package: In addition to unmatched potential for flexibility and career growth and a competitive salary with incentives, a comprehensive benefits program is available for full-time colleagues.
