Date: 04/19/2026 Job Description: The Monitor Technician in the
Intensive Care Unit is responsible for continuous observation and
documentation of patients' cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic
waveforms, and serves as a backup ICU secretary when needed.
Responsibilities: Monitor up to 24 beds in ICU and Intermediate
care Provide Med-Surg Telemetry monitoring (up to 32, average of 24
patients) Monitor boarded ED patients under monitoring orders
(fluctuates from 0 to 8 patients) Perform Unit Secretary duties
combined with monitor tech duties Requirements: 1 year of
experience; must successfully pass dysrhythmia test out Proficiency
with GE monitoring system Active MOT Certification Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification Requirements Required for Onboarding
