Gastroenterology Opportunity Near Kansas City

A growing multi-specialty group near Kansas City is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join an established GI practice with immediate procedural demand and long-term growth potential. This is a rare opportunity to walk into a built-in patient panel with advanced procedure volume already in place, supported by experienced APPs and an efficient endoscopy workflow. For gastroenterologists looking for ERCP, strong compensation, and practice stability without starting from scratch, this role stands out quickly.

Practice Overview:

• Join a multi-specialty group expanding to a four-physician GI team, supported by 4 experienced APPs
• Walk into immediate volume with an established patient panel due to a recent retirement
• Broad case mix including colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, EUS, SBCE, manometry, and more
• 1:4 call with hospital-based endoscopy suite and efficient clinic-to-procedure workflow

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Balanced clinic and endoscopy schedule (8-10 patients per half-day)
• 1:4 call with additional compensation

Compensation & Benefits:

• $650,000-$700,000 guaranteed base (year one)
• Production incentives with earning potential near $1M+
• $50,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
• 37 days PTO (including CME), $6,500 CME allowance
• Full malpractice with tail, comprehensive benefits, and PSLF eligibility

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO; board eligible/certified in Gastroenterology
• ERCP required; EUS preferred
• Open to U.S. and international candidates (J-1 & H-1B sponsorship available)
• Interest in growth and team-based practice
