Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative
to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by
providing product and service information and resolving technical
issues. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot
and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update
customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a
knowledge base of the evolving products and services ---
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or

Description Crash Champions began as a small shop in New Lenox, IL.
After years of owning just one location, President and CEO, Matt
Ebert, knew that he was doing something truly different in the
industry and began to open more locations throughout Chicagoland.
Since 2014, the Crash Champions name has grown to include over 130
locations, with more opening in the coming years. Crash Champions
has changed the way our employees and customers view the
traditional "body shop". Every Crash Champions location is fully
aluminum certified and most have over 25,000 square feet of
production space to make each employee as productive as possible.
Training to repair today's vehicles is a top priority at Crash
Champions and we continue to focus on OEM Certifications to ensure
