The Sarah Mack Agency of American Family Insurance is looking for a positive, motivated individual to join their successful team as a full-time Customer Service Representative.Primary Job Functions & Activities:

• Service Related
• First point of contact with incoming calls
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with current customers
• Assist customers with billing issues, account updates and policy changes
• Establish positive customer touch points through personalized notes and timely follow ups to drive new business
• Receive inbound calls in an effort to quote and bind personal lines insurance coverage
• Schedule personal insurance reviews and appointments
  • Sales Related
  • Assist sales team with quoting new business and projects related to new business
  • Meet with walk in prospects if agent & sales specialist are unavailable
  • Cross-sell products and coverages while assisting current customers
  • Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business and products written Required Skills:

    • Ability to prioritize, transition between tasks quickly and work efficiently

      • Office Manager Compensation & Benefits:
        • Annual base salary: $36,000
