Job Description:
Position Summary The Banquet Server at Carriage Club plays a
vital role in delivering exceptional service to members and guests
during private events, weddings, and club functions. This position
supports the execution of events by ensuring professional,
attentive, and timely service in accordance with the club's high
standards. Qualifications Prior banquet or restaurant serving
experience preferred; country club or private club experience is a
plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong
attention to detail and a commitment to member satisfaction.
Ability to work cooperatively with a team in a fast-paced
environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
based on event schedule. Ability to stand for extended periods and
lift up to 30 pounds. Working Environment Events vary from casual
member mixers to formal galas and weddings. Must be adaptable to
both indoor and outdoor environments (e.g., golf outings, tented
events). Opportunities to build rapport with a loyal member base
and become part of a professional hospitality team.
