Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our
culinary team, delivering exceptional dining experiences at our
various client locations. The ideal candidate will embrace
innovation and exemplify excellence, upholding our commitment to
provide superior food services. The Executive Chef will be
responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu
planning to budget management, ensuring top quality and compliance
across the board. Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and manage
a team of culinary professionals. Design innovative, delicious, and
diverse menus that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation
regulations. Manage food purchasing, inventory, and budget to align
with financial objectives. Collaborate with management and clients
to tailor services to their needs while maintaining high standards
of food quality and service. Train and mentor kitchen staff on the
latest cooking techniques and culinary presentations. Continuously
monitor and improve customer satisfaction and operational
efficiency. Proven ability to create high-quality, diverse menus
Strong leadership and personnel management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of food
safety regulations and procedures Budget management and cost
control abilities Ability to handle high-pressure environments and
make quick decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Certified Executive Chef (CEC) designation
from the American Culinary Federation highly desirable Food Safety
Certification (e.g., ServSafe)
