Our client is currently seeking a HR Business Partner.This job will have the following responsibilities:Provide guidance on employee relations issues, organizational structure, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives. Spearhead the evolution of our HR infrastructure with an emphasis on employer compliance and employee relationsLead, coach, and manage 1 (one) direct report (HR Coordinator)Work to invigorate and drive culture through incentives and reward systemsSet the strategy on how to scale our HR practices as we continue to growContinuously improve company programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organizationEvaluates the HR division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as for providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience within an industrial, distribution, or manufacturing facility is highly preferredPHR/SPHR/SHRM certification is a plus!3+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Management, or Generalist experienceBachelor's Degree is requiredSome Union experience is requiredStrong experience recruiting and retaining an hourly workforce is requiredADP/Kronos experience is preferredExcellent opportunity to grow within the company.
