Job Description:
Responsibilities Purpose The Organizational Change Manager will
support Altec IS in implementing new systems, technologies,
processes, and/or organizational structures by focusing on the
"associate side" of change. This includes change management within
the IS Organization and in support of Altec businesses and shared
services. In both instances, change management involves
understanding associate needs and developing and implementing
effective associate training, project planning, communication, and
business process design. The goal of organizational change
management is to improve performance of the IS organization and
ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology by the
business. Key Responsibilities Training and development of existing
Information Systems associates: In collaboration with IS Senior
Leadership and the HR Learning and Development Team, the
Organizational Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring
associates have the training and skills to successfully perform
current roles and responsibilities. Support Altec Information
Systems continuous evolution: Identify technology skills gaps,
assist with reskilling requirements for associates, identify talent
needs and gaps, and develop processes to enable Altec IS to
leverage new technologies and meet the evolving needs of the
business. Drive successful implementation and adoption of new
technologies, systems, and process changes: Support IS Business
Engagement and Delivery Teams in understanding end-user
requirements through application of user experience techniques to
ensure solutions meet customer needs. Develop and implement
required training and communication to ensure successful
implementation and adoption of IS solutions and services.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required Bachelor's degree
required. 5 years of experience in change management, project
management, or learning and development, preferably in technology.
Strong understanding of change management principles,
methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and
influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven
ability to develop and execute change management plans that drive
successful adoption and utilization of new initiatives. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify
and address barriers to change and develop appropriate solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
build strong relationships. Position may be filled at a higher
