With over 150 SAP professionals, we are one of North America's largest SAP hubs offering you the opportunity to drive excellence and build a culture of innovation.POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:Apply a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from diverse group of stakeholdersMaintaining and supporting SuccessFactors BIZX, LMS and Security Modules as well as other various HR applicationsExhibit technical experience with SuccessFactors, SAP ECC and integrations with a focus on Learning Mgmt. System and AuthorizationsExperience with PMP, Integration Center, familiarity with SF API / OData Dictionary a plusManage incidents, problems and change requests related to HR applications, collaborate with the clients and documenting resolution informationProvide recommendations on process and system improvementsCreating and/or updating SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and business process procedures documentationParticipate in creation of the test strategy and test plans.
