Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively assess legal risk and provide guidance throughout
financial product development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in developing
personal finance tools
Review product agreements to assess regulatory and compliance
issues
Required Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in at
least one jurisdiction
3+ years of experience in banking or consumer finance
Experience with financial products, technology, and consumer-facing
platforms
Experience in FCRA, FDIC, ECOA, or CFPB preferred
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
